WHO WE ARE အတိုင်ပင်ခံကော်မတီအကြောင်း

The Muslim of Myanmar Multi-Ethnic Consultative Committee (MMMCC) is a dedicated organization working essentially towards the establishment of a Federal Democratic Union of Myanmar. We believe in the strength of diversity and the power of unity.

Our organization brings together leaders, activists, and community members from various ethnic backgrounds to advocate for equal rights, social justice, and inclusive governance.

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မွတ်စလင် မာလ်တီအက်သနစ် အတိုင်ပင်ခံ ကော်မတီ (MMMCC) သည် ဖက်ဒရယ် ဒီမိုကရေစီ ပြည်ထောင်စု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ပေါ်ထွန်းလာရေးအတွက် အဓိကထား လုပ်ဆောင်နေသော အဖွဲ့အစည်း တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မတူကွဲပြားမှုများ၏ အင်အားနှင့် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု၏ စွမ်းအားကို ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် တန်းတူညီမျှ အခွင့်အရေး၊ လူမှုတရားမျှတမှုနှင့် အားလုံးပါဝင်သော အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစနစ်တို့အတွက် ရပ်တည်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် လူမျိုးပေါင်းစုံ ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ တက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူများနှင့် ပြည်သူများကို စုစည်းထားပါသည်။

Established in the immediate aftermath of the February 2021 military coup, the Muslim of Myanmar Multi-Ethnic Consultative Committee (MMMCC) was formed to safeguard the rights and security of Myanmar's Muslim communities and to advance the cause of genuine, inclusive democracy.MMMCC strives to represent roughly six to seven million Muslims throughout Myanmar from different ethnic and cultural groups, including Rohingya, Pashu, Panthay, Pathi, and Kaman communities.The Committee holds that no democratic transition can be considered legitimate or sustainable without the full and equal inclusion of all ethnic and religious minority groups.

၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုအပြီး ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော နောက်ဆက်တွဲအခြေအနေများအတွင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ မွတ်စ်လင်မ်လူထု၏ အခွင့်အရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးကို ကာကွယ်ရန်၊ စစ်မှန်ပြီး အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်သော ဒီမိုကရေစီ ဖော်ဆောင်ရေးကို တွန်းအားပေးရန်အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာမွတ်စ်လင်မ်လူမျိုးစုများအတိုင်ပင်ခံကော်မတီ (MMMCC) ကို ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

MMMCC သည် ရိုဟင်ဂျာ၊ ပသျှူး၊ ပန်းသေး၊ ပသီ နှင့် ကမန် ကဲ့သို့သော မတူကွဲပြားသည့် လူမျိုးစု၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအစုအဖွဲ့များအပါအဝင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းရှိ လူမျိုးစုအသီးသီးမှ မွတ်စ်လင်မ်လူဦးရေ ၆ သန်းမှ ၇ သန်းခန့်ကို ကိုယ်စားပြုရေစအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းတိုက်ပွဲဝင်လျက်ရှိသည်။

လူမျိုးစုအသီးသီးနှင့် ဘာသာရေးလူနည်းစု အစုအဖွဲ့အားလုံး တန်းတူညီမျှ ပြည့်ပြည့်ဝဝ ပါဝင်ခွင့်မရှိဘဲ မည်သည့်ဒီမိုကရေစီ ကူးပြောင်းရေးကိုမျှ တရားဝင်ပြီး ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ကူးပြောင်းရေးဟု မသတ်မှတ်နိုင်ကြောင်း ကော်မတီမှ အခိုင်အမာ ယုံကြည်ထားပါသည်။

Our Objectives အဖွဲ့၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များ

(1) To achieve the complete eradication of dictatorship and lasting peace, and to bring about a federal democratic nation in which all citizens enjoy equal rights.
(2) To guarantee minority rights, and to secure representative participation for minorities across the administrative, judicial, and legislative sectors, and at every level throughout the country.
(3) To completely abolish the 1982 Myanmar Citizenship Law, and to enact laws drafted in accordance with international law and international human rights law that fully provide for citizenship rights and state/regional rights.
(4) To work toward the swift recovery of citizenship rights, minority rights, and all physical and psychological losses, including homes, land, and farmland, that Rohingya, Pashu, Panthay, Kaman, and other minority Muslims across Myanmar have been deprived of.
(5) To enable unified and solidarity-based cooperation among Muslim political forces and Muslim communities of all classes throughout the country.

(၁) အာဏာရှင်စနစ်အမြစ်ပြတ်ချုပ်ငြိမ်းရေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံသားအားလုံးတန်းတူအခွင့်အရေးရရှိသည့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီနိုင်ငံတော်ပေါ်ပေါက်ရေး။
(၂) လူနည်းစုအခွင့်အရေးကိုအာမခံ၍ နိုင်ငံတဝှမ်းရှိ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး၊ တရားစီရင်ရေး၊ ဥပဒေပြုရေး ကဏ္ဍအသီးသီး၊ အလွှာအသီးသီးတွင် လူနည်းစုများကိုယ်စားပြုပါဝင်ခွင့်ရရှိရေး။
(၃) ၁၉၈၂-ခုနစ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားဥပဒေကို လုံးဝဖျက်သိမ်း၍ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေများ၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ ရေးဆွဲထားသော နိုင်ငံသားအခွင့်အရေး၊ ပြည်နယ်သားအခွင့်အရေးပြည့်ဝသည့်ဥပဒေများ ပြဌာန်းနိုင်ရေး။
(၄) ရိုဟင်ဂျာ၊ ပသျှူး၊ ပန်းသေး၊ ကမန်လူမျိုးများအပါအဝင်၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အခြားလူနည်းစုမွတ်စ်လင်များ လက်လွတ်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရသော နိုင်ငံသားအခွင့်အရေးများ၊ လူနည်းစုအခွင့်အရေးများနှင့် အိမ်၊ မြေ၊လယ်ယာမြေများအပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သော ရုပ်ပိုင်း၊ စိတ်ပိုင်းနစ်နာမှု၊ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုအားလုံး အမြန်ဆုံး ပြန်လည်ရရှိနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရေး။
(၅) နိုင်ငံအဝှမ်းရှိ မွတ်စ်လင်မ်နိုင်ငံရေးအင်အားစုများ၊ မွတ်စ်လင်မ်လူထု လူတန်းစားအသီးသီး စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်စွာဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး။
