Following the individual introductions of the representatives, the meeting proceeded with a presentation and discussion regarding the organization's history, objectives, and policies.

The representatives further discussed their shared vision of opposing not only the military dictatorship but any form of authoritarianism during this revolutionary period. They noted that the renewed conflict in Kachin State and the systematic discrimination and oppression of minorities across Myanmar clearly demonstrate the distorted and malicious nature of the military regime. Consequently, they emphasized the need for all oppressed groups to unite and resist together.

Furthermore, concerns were raised regarding ASEAN’s Five-Point Consensus on the Myanmar crisis, noting that it lacks practical efficacy and risks becoming a process that merely stalls for time.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to establish a close, strategic alliance between the two organizations, maintaining regular communication and meetings as necessary.
